Ans:- Video KYC is a convenient method that allows users to complete their KYC (Know Your Customer) with minimum document proof to open an account without visiting the branch in person. During the process, customers engage in a video call with a bank officer to showcase the original KYC documents, signatures, capture live photo, which are verified and recorded through a video call.
Ans:- For Video KYC process, you must keep following things handy: original pan card, a pen and a blank paper for capturing the live signature. Further, you should ensure there is ample lighting and a clear background for clarity on camera, along with stable network connectivity to avoid disconnection of call. Please make sure there is no third person involved during the Video KYC process.
